NetArmor Cyber Security Service Agreement

1. Services Provided

Provider agrees to deliver cybersecurity services remotely, including but not limited to:

  • Personal device protection
  • Security consultations
  • Vulnerability scanning and penetration testing
  • Incident response

2. Service Plan and Pricing

  • Monthly Service Fee: $35 per device
  • Multi-device discounts are available for devices under the same household address (inquire with Provider)
  • Includes 15 minutes of free technical support by phone per month
  • Support exceeding 15 minutes will be billed at $50/hour to the credit card on file

3. Payment Terms

  • Payment is due on the 1st of each month
  • Customer must enroll in automatic payments with a valid credit card on file
  • A Credit Card Authorization Form must be completed and submitted with this agreement

4. Term and Termination

  • This agreement has a 6-month minimum term
  • After 6 months, either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days written notice
  • Customer must contact NetArmor Cyber Security to properly remove installed software before termination is processed
  • Self-removal of software does not constitute cancellation, and billing will continue until proper deactivation is completed

5. Customer Responsibilities

  • Keep all software provided by NetArmor Cyber Security updated
  • Maintain secure passwords and follow best online cybersecurity practices. (Contact NetArmor for further details.)
  • Client will be responsible in updating their active credit card on file

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall NetArmor Cyber Security be liable for any damages exceeding the total fees paid by the Customer under this agreement.

7. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado.
