Hackers are now using fake CAPTCHA screens—known as “clickfix” attacks—to trick you into installing malware. Instead of proving you’re human, that single click can secretly download malicious software onto your device, giving attackers access to your files, accounts, or even your camera. These scams target both Windows and Mac users, making it critical to pause and double-check before clicking on any suspicious verification screens.
